Using the service
Whentastic lets you create availability polls and collect responses without an account. You may use it for lawful scheduling purposes only. Don’t use it to send spam, harass anyone, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or submit content you don’t have the right to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of the poll and response content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it so the service can function. You’re responsible for the content you create and for any personal information you ask others to provide.
Access links
Polls are protected by unguessable secret links rather than passwords. Anyone with a poll’s results link can view and manage it, so keep that link private.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and may change or be unavailable at any time. Poll data is deleted automatically after roughly 90 days, so don’t rely on it for long-term storage. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Children
Whentastic is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided us such information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California.
